i'm basically obsessed with watching lady gaga's music videos. i just think she's so cool, aahaha. the symbolism behind her work is awesome, and she's a great performer.

i started listening to her stuff early in the summer, before "the fame" was released, and i thought it was alright. it was catchy, so that's always good. my brother and i like stuff we can sing along to goofily / dance like idiots! XD

and her new album "the fame monster" is decent... i don't particularly like most of the songs, but "teeth" is SO GOOD. /frolics/

XD as long as he's happy. plus, i don't mix up my obsession with him with that of the show. while they both involve him, they're separate obsessions. haha!


...haha, and if you couldn't tell, i've gotten to that stage of exhaustion where you're so tired that you are just going CRAZY and feel creepily hyper. bahahaha :V

1. you may have noticed, you may not have noticed - my writings, apart from two collaborations and a visual piece, are gone. i didn't delete them, i put them in storage. my written works have been stolen just as frequently as my photos have, and i have become very mistrustful about people stealing my writing. therefore, i don't want to share it for a little while until my fears settle. they'll probably be back for public viewing soon. and it's stupid, i know, but i can't help it. paranoia really gets the best of me sometimes.

2. i don't know if it's been acknowledged by many or not, but i've had a "this is art" section at the bottom of my page for a while (to the left of the comments section) where i feature art and photography that, in my opinion, deserves much more recognition than it gets. i've had it up for a few months now and have featured pretty much one artist per month. right now i'm featuring ~geleur, so scroll to the bottom of my page and check out her gorgeous art!

3. as far as my mood is concerned, i have been feeling a lot better. i am still upset by thoughts of my little sister, but i know that i'll learn to adjust. i have the best friends and boyfriend and family (as dysfunctional as it is) in the world and i'm so very lucky for that. AND i have the support of you guys. you all are so, so sweet, and you have no idea how much you've helped me to get through this tough time in my life. i can't tell you how much your comments have cheered me up. thank you all so, so much. <3

4. speaking of comments - i probably have become infamous for how bad i've gotten at replying to them. i really am trying, and i'm slowly plowing through them, it's just that i have a life outside of dA that involves a bunch of schoolwork and college application/portfolio prep (not to mention procrastination and hanging out with friends XD)! i know i apologize for this all the time, and you guys so graciously accept my apology, i just feel awful! so just know that i'm really gonna make an effort to get better about it. /snuggles/

5. i... don't really have a number five, but i hate even numbers. but as a side note, i now have a modelmayhem! i don't even know why, seeing as my mom's paranoid about me meeting up with people i don't know (aka the would-be models) and i probably won't be able to until i'm eighteen in may... but you know, it's okay! haha.

first of all, i wanted to say thank you to all of you for your kind words and support through this tricky time in my life. it means so much to me that you guys are so patient and caring. thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!

- i am thinking about printing t-shirts with original designs by me on them (drawings, text [excerpts from my poetry/writing, maybe?], etc.) and selling them. and they would be decently priced, i promise! i know that i, for one, hate buying shirts that are over $15. so would anyone be interested in that?

- does anyone else think it's completely insane how friggin DELICIOUS fresh tomatoes are?!?! MM!

- for my fellow supernatural fans - you've gotta agree with me here, ERIC KRIPKE IS A TOTAL DEAN/CASTIEL FANGIRL. 5.03 was loaded with fanservice to the pairing's devotees. they might as well just have sex one of these episodes. whichwouldbeokaywithme. bahahahaaaaahhhh.
